By asserting that the petitioner's father had purchased 4.26 acres of agricultural land in survey No.403/2 by a registered sale deed dated 26.11.1948 (Doc.No.2758 of 1948) and that a UDR error occurred in relation thereto, the petitioner had submitted a representation seeking correction thereof. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the District Revenue Officer would consider and dispose of the request within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for correction of alleged UDR error 2/4
