ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 21.3.2013 seeking cancellation of houses allotted to ineligible persons under Chief Minister's solar powered Green house scheme for the years 2011-2012 and 2012- 2013.

2.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2013 except to direct the concerned respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
