ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pass an order on the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2025 for granting family pension to the petitioner on the death of her husband Late.M.Cruz Jayaseelan who served on the Border Security Force and died on 18.03.2025.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction seeking to direct the respondents for granting family pension to the petitioner on the death of her husband by considering her representation dated 22.08.2025, this Court without going into the merits of the claim made in the writ petition, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025 on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of Eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
