Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent herein, his men, agents, servants or any one claiming under him from interfering in the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent in respect of Survey No.189/2B to an extent of 14 acres and 14 cents situated at Thalaiyoothu Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the the first respondent and their subordinates not to interfere with the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent in respect of the properties admeasuring 14 acres and 14 cents, comprised in Survey No.189/2B, Thalaiyoothu Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the complaint made by the second respondent.

3.In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, it is stated as follows:

"2. ... ... ... I understand that the petitioner cancelled the false document and in the said circumstances, we will not pursue this police complaint". 4.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
