ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Nanguneri to dispose the case in OS No.110 of 2020 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Nanguneri within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.12.2025, a report has been forwarded by the learned District Munsif, Naguneri, furnishing the year wise pendency of the cases pending before the Court. In the year 2020, when the suit now sought for expeditious proceedings is filed, there are 41 cases are pending.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the trial in the suit in O.S.No.110 of 2020, has commenced.

4. In view of the above submission, learned District Munsif Court, Nanguneri, is directed to completed the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
