O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 7 to change the name of the owner of the property as per the table above or dispose the same according to law within the time stipulated by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner the petitioner had submitted a representation to the respondents on 05.08.2025 seeking mutation of property tax in his name. However, no action has been taken on the said representation till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2025 will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 05.08.2025, on its own merits, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) 3/5

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the same independently.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
