Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent Tribunal in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.70/2011 dated 08.01.2013 and order passed by the 2nd respondent in ARC No.116/2010-2011 dated 11.02.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to pay leave salary of Rs.4,26,500/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum within a period stipulated by this Court.
