*********** The learned additional government pleader brought to the notice of this Court that at the time of filing of the present writ petition, the writ petitioner was a temporary Typist and the transfer order dated 28.05.2013 was under challenge in this writ petition. During the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was posted as Superintendent in Nilgris District and she had joined and now working as Superintendent in Nilgris district. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to the costs.
