(MD) No.17403 of 2015 dated 13.11.2024.

ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Lr.No.SE/VREDC/VDR/AO/REV/AAOHT/ASS/F./D.No.2025 dated Nil (signed on 15.10.2025) issued by the 1st respondent and consequential online generate Bill. 2. Mr.S.Deenadhaylan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3/6

4. The order shall be treated as a show cause notice. The petitioner has also submitted his explanation to the alleged demand on 01.03.2025. The respondents shall consider the said explanation by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and thereafter, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, the order impugned in so far as it relates to the the 1st respondent is directed to be quashed.
