ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, to dispose of the case in IDOP No.101 of 2025, expeditiously.

2.This Court, vide order dated 11.12.2025, had directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending cases and in compliance of the same, the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No. 637/2025, dated 29.12.2025, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2021 to 2025, which was addressed to the Additional Registrar General of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 23 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2025 is 17. 3.Considering the fact that the present case is of the year 2025, the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, is directed to expedite the case in IDOP No.101 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
