This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Court, Sivagangai to dispose the above HMCMA No. 14 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The notice to the respondent is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.

3. The petitioner had filed a petition seeking restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Sivagangai in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2020 and the same was decreed on 12.01.2024. As against which, the respondent filed HMCMA No.14 of 2024 and the same is pending before the Principal District Court, Sivagangai without any progress for the past one year. Hence, this petition has been filed.

4. A perusal of the B-Diary extract would shows that the appeal had been repeatedly adjourned for arguments on the side of the respondent, who is the appellant.

5. Considering the fact that HMCMA has been filed in the year 2024 and the case had been repeatedly adjourned for arguments on the side of the respondent, there shall be a direction to the Principal District Court, Sivagangai, to dispose of the HMCMA No.14 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
