Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent I.e., District Educational Officer to approve the appointment of Mrs.S.G.Mary Suji as School Assistant (Graduate Teacher) in the 5th respondent school with effect from the date of the petitioner's appointment on 01.12.2011 with all attendant benefits within a reasonable time as may be prescribed by this Honourable Court with a condition that she should pass the Teachers Eligibility Test within 5 years from the date of the commencement of the Act, 2009 and on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2013.
