ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent herein to accord approval for appointment of the teacher Mrs.A.Anjugam Sivakami as B.T.Assistant (English) in the Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Committee Higher Secondary School, T.N.Pudhukudi, Puliyankudi, Tenkasi District from 12.09.2025 by considering petitioner's proposal dated 12.09.2025.

2. Considering the fact that the proposal for approval of appointment is pending before the third respondent, there shall be a direction to the third 2/4

respondent to consider the proposal dated 12.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
