The prayer in the Writ Petitions is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 3 to consider the legal notice dated 26.05.2013. 2.Heard Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned Special Government Pleader and Standing Counsel for Tamilnadu Arasu Cable TV. 3.By consent, the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal. 4.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the legal notice issued on behalf of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the notice of the petitioner dated 29.05.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
