ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the proceedings in E.P.No.203 of 2022 in A.R.C.No.47 of 2021 pending on the file of the Learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Pudukkottai, as illegal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by letter No. 9158863/G/2024-6, dated 04.09.2025, the Commercial Taxes and Registration(G) Department, has passed the order stating that the appellate authority has admitted the appeal by condoning the delay and stayed the operation of the award passed by the Deputy Register of Chits, Pudukottai, in ARC No.47/2021, dated 10.06.2022, until further orders.

3. Since the interim order is granted by the Appellate Authority, the respondent shall await the final orders and initiate appropriate 2/4

proceedings after the disposal of the appeal that is pending before the appellate authority.
