ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.74 of 2020 1/4

pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam as expeditiously as possible.

2. In view of the limited order that is being passed now, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Considering the fact that the suit had been filed in the year 2020 and was referred to medication for an amicable settlement, which also failed, there shall be a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.74 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
