Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to 1/4

take appropriate action against the 5th and 6th respondents on the basis of the petitioner's complaint lodged to the 2nd respondent, dated 24.03.2025 and representation dated 27.10.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint lodged to the second respondent dated 24.03.2025 and representation dated 27.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
