Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.09.2025 in connection with C.S.R.No.744 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd Respondent with time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conclude the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.09.2025 in connection with C.S.R.No.744 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
