ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025 and take appropriate action against the private respondents within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
