The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Look out circular for Non Bailable Warrant pending against the petitioner's husband in C.C.No.280 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2026.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents submitted that the Look Out Circular has already been issued against the petitioner's husband.
