ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 66 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police dated 18.07.2025.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, through E-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
