ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry and pass final orders in proceedings No.6434/2012/A4, dated 26.03.2013, with regard to the mistakes committed during Updating Register Scheme, in respect of Survey No.1708/1B2, Kambliampatti Village, Dindigul Taluk.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that after completing enquiry, appropriate orders have been passed in the proceedings in question and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
