The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate civil forum, if he chooses to do so. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
