Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to remove the encroachment of natham poromboke land on the southern side of the petitioner's property situate at Tiruparankundram Village bearing Ward No.14, Durga Colony, and bearing S.No.354/7, with Plot No.168, committed by the 3rd respondent, based on her representation dated 05.03.2013 made to the 1st respondent. ************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.03.2013 before the second respondent requesting him to remove the encroachment made by the third respondent by blocking a channel. Since follow up action was not taken by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

05.03.2013, on merits and as per law with notice to the third respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 05.03.2013 along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the second respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
