This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrender in pursuant to the judgment dated 03.11.2025 made in Spl.C.C.No.03 of 2015 on the file of the Special Court for Vigilance and Anti-Corruption cum District and Sessions Court, Karur.

2. In view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17716 of 2025 in Crl.A. (MD)No.1243 of 2025 dated 21.11.2025, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
