ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the case of the writ petitioner for medical reimbursement as per the representation submitted by him on 20.04.2013.
2.Mr.S.Muniyandi, learned counsel appears for the writ petitioner and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned counsel appears for the respondents.
3.The writ petitioner is an employee working as a Supervisor in TASMAC. His father was admitted in Apollo Hospital and taken treatment for heart related disease. The father of the writ petitioner was discharged from the hospital on 30.03.2013. The petitioner claims that he is a member of the medical college and paying subscription for the scheme. Therefore, he is entitled for medical reimbursement claim in respect of the treatment taken by his parents. The writ petitioner submitted an application seeking medical reimbursement and the same is yet to be considered. In this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 20.04.2003 and the same is also kept pending for the past many years.
4.Under the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.04.2013 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all the relevant documents along with a copy of the order passed in this writ petition.
6.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
