Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 11 to prevent their illegal act of excommunication towards the petitioner in any from and to ensure him to live peacefully in his village viz., Vadugapatti village in Periyakulam Taluk in Theni District by disposing his representation, dated 29.04.2013.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the the respondents 1 and 2 to prevent the illegal act of excommunication practicing of the respondents 3 to 11 towards the petitioner and ensure him to live peacefully in his village, namely, Vadugapatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, based on his representation, dated 29.04.2013.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authorities concerned afresh, if any similar grievance is persisting.
