ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to permit the petitioner to join duty and further directing the respondent to pay him the wages from 28.01.2012 till the date of allowing him to join duty.

2.As far as the first portion of the relief sought for in the present writ petition is concerned, to permit the petitioner to join duty deserves no consideration, as it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner was concluded and final order was passed by the competent authority by proceedings dated 24.01.2019, imposing the major penalty of dismissal from service. Therefore, the writ petitioner cannot be allowed to join duty.

3.As far as the second portion of the relief is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the wages which all are due to the writ petitioner is to be settled by the respondent. 4.In this regard, the respondent is directed to consider the case of the writ petitioner in respect of the unpaid salary which all are due to the writ petitioner and take a decision and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
