ORDER

By relying on sale deed dated 29.05.2023 and patta No.743, the petitioner had applied on 08.09.2025 for survey of 13.50 ares in S.No.14/5A2. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no rival title claim. In spite of filing the application in September, he states that no action has been taken till date.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that action would be initiated after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to property. He confirms that there is no rival title claim.

5. In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing 2/4

notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 20.11.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No RJR To
