ORDER

On the basis that survey was not conducted properly on 26.03.2025, the petitioner had filed an appeal under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 on 08.05.2025. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the 3rd respondent is one of the appellate authorities and that he would consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other person who would be affected by such order.
