ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to bring on record the 18th respondent as the legal representative of the deceased 6th respondent and rank them as 18th respondent in above S.A.(MD) No.153 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no objection.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and Registry is directed to implead the 18th respondent herein as 18th respondent in above SA(MD) No.153 of 2012.
