The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the terminal and pensionary benefits due to the writ petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,67,453/- has already been settled in favour of the writ petitioner on 09.11.2013. The balance amount to be paid in favour of the writ petitioner is calculated as Rs.11,923/- and the same is yet to be paid.

2. This being the factum now placed before this Court by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the respondents are directed to verify the balance benefits to be paid to the writ petitioner and accordingly, pay the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
