PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to allow the Civil Revision Petition and pass suitable directions to the Hon'ble District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah for the early disposal of O.S.No.22 of 2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court and thus render justice.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah for the early disposal of O.S.No.22 of 2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the fact that the trial has been completed as early as in the year 2024, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
