their family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioners submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
