ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the the respondents 1 to 4 to convene a peace committee meeting for the purpose of forming a committee among two groups of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Poyyalur Village, so as to demolish and re-construct the village common temple, namely Sri Kaliamman Temple, situated at Poyyalur Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to convene a peace committee meeting, in the year 2013, for the purpose mentioned supra, and still there are some commotions in the village and also seeks liberty to approach the authorities concerned, afresh.

3.Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents 1 to 4 afresh with proper representation along with the documents and on such filing, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
