Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No.1 and 2 to implement his the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.T3/e2323419/2024 dated 05.08.2024 of the 5th respondent and to take appropriate action against 17th respondent, both under departmental action as well as under criminal law and also against the erred officials viz., the respondents 14,15, 6 to 8, 10 to 13 by way of departmental action. ORDER
The petitioner has submitted a representation as against the 17th respondent that he has obtained the job as a secondary grade teacher by using a fake community certificate and has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the official respondents to take action as against him and the erred officials. 3/7
2.Since the petitioner is a third party and seeks action as against a Government Servant, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and his remedy lies elswhere. 3.However, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, based on the instructions, submits that already an enquiry was conducted and they have found that the 17th respondent has obtained the job by using a fake certificate and therefore, necessary action has also been taken as against the 17th respondent.
4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
