ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to take charge of the administration of Arulmigu Meenakshi Sundaraswaran Temple, Keelasevalpatti, Thiruppattur Taluk, from the fifth respondent, as per the order of the first respondent, dated 04.01.2013.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
