Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2025 and reinstate the petitioner by completing the review petition filed by the petitioner dated 15.09.2011 pending before the respondent No.2 and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the subsistence allowance along with interest in the light of order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Tirunelveli dated 20.06.2002 with all consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this court.

ORDER
The petitioner was a salesman in the 4th respondent society. He was placed under suspension pursuant to his involvement in Crime No.9 of 2001. Thereafter he was also removed from service on 04.01.2002. The petitioner is said to have filed an application before the 2nd respondent and has filed this writ petition that he has not been paid with subsistence allowance.

2.Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that this petitioner was removed from service on 04.01.2002 itself. This order of dismissal was challenged by way of writ petition before this court in WP(MD)No.7396 of 2010 and the same was disposed by order dated 21.09.2010 with a direction to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Subsequently the petitioner has preferred a review application before the Joint Registrar of Co-Operative Societies on 15.09.2011 and it was also dismissed. Thereafter the petitioner has filed an application under Section 154 of Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act and the same was also rejected on 29.11.2011. According to the learned Special Government Pleader, all these facts have been already communicated by to the petitioner on 25.11.2023.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner disputes the same that the petitioner has not been furnished with the above rejection order. 4.A copy of the communication dated 20.11.2025 is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
