O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the District Collector, Trichy District, requesting action for removal of encroachment in Periya Lake, Kundakarai Lake and Veerapudayar Pond of Kallagam Village.

2. The Revenue Divisional Officer appears to have conducted enquiry and directed the Tahsildar to take action. Since follow-up action was not taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. We direct the Tahsildar, Lalgudi, to consider and dispose of the representation dated 28.01.2013, taking into account the proceedings dated 11.08.2011 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Lalgudi. It is needless to point out https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that notice should be issued to the alleged encroachers before taking any action or passing orders in the matter. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
