to de-freeze the petitioner's primary Current Bank A/C.No. 200001281976 of Dindigul Main Branch, No.94, Thiruvalluvar Salai, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, forthwith and allow the petitioner to operate the account regularly without any hindrance.

ORDER

The second respondent had freeze the petitioner's account based on the instructions issued by the first respondent.

2. This Court had directed issuance of notice to the second respondent, and private notice was also permitted. However, the police refused to receive the notice. Further, the service of Court notice is not complete.

3. Considering the urgency involved in this case, this Court directs the second respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's account and create a lien for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. The matter will be heard in detail after service of notice. Hence, post the matter after the completion of service of notice.
