ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 49, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1) of BNS, 2023, altered into Sections 61(2), 49, 191(2), 191(3) & 103(2) of BNS 2023, in Crime No. 95 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity regarding a Government Poramboke land, the petitioner and other accused persons have arranged henchmen to attack the son of the defacto complainant, who is the civil Engineer, due to which the defacto complainant's was attacked by the henchmen and got head injury and died on the way to hospital. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that pending this petition, the petitioner was 2/4
arrested.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not satisfied with the investigation. Hence, for conducting fair and impartial investigation, this Court vide order dated 15.12.2025 already directed the respondent to continue the investigation by the existing investigation officer who has to investigate the case which should be monitored by the Superintendent of Police and submit a report before this Court today. Since the said direction is sufficient, the contention of the petitioner for further investigation, is answered. Therefore no further direction is necessary. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
