ORDER

Heard both sides.

2 The impugned attachment order is only a consequential order. The petitioner will have to challenge the primary orders whereby the fair rent was fixed.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the primary order was not served on him. The copies of the fair rent order as well as the eviction order have been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same on the strength of the copies now served on the counsel. The property which has been attached by the impugned order shall not be brought to sale for a period of three months. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
