*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the District Collector, requesting to remove the encroachment put up by the third respondent. Since follow-up action was not taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. We direct the District Collector, Madurai, to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.09.2012 on merits and as per law with notice to the third respondent.
