Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first and second respondents herein or their servants, men and agents from in any manner laying pipelines in property in Survey No.207A3 to an extent of 0.15.0 Ares, situated at Puliyangudi, Kokeri, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District without disbursing the compensation amount.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 and their subordinates not to lay pipelines in the property, admeasuring 0.15.0 Ares, comprised in Survey No.207A3, Puliyangudi, Kokeri, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District without disbursing the compensation amount. 2.It is the case of both the petitioner as well as the third respondent that they are claiming ownership over the property admeasuring 0.15.0 Ares, comprised in Survey No.207A3, Puliyangudi, Kokeri, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, on which, pipelines had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been already laid, for which, they are seeking compensation. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as third respondent seek liberty to approach the authorities concerned afresh, with regard to claim of compensation, if any, for laying pipelines in the aforesaid property.
