ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the second respondent with respect of Registration of Partition Deed bearing document No.989/2009 dated 26.03.2009 by and between the respondents 3 to 6 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with respect to the land in survey No.62/3 and 62/4 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has sought for the larger relief as above, it would suffice, if the petitioner is given liberty to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief.
