Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from registering any document in respect of S.No.92/1, 93/1 and 93/2 measuring 1.88 acres in Pirattiyur Village, Trichy District till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 809 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Trichy.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent not to register any document in respect of the properties admeasuring 1.88 acres, comprised in S.Nos.92/1, 93/1 and 93/2, Pirattiyur Village, Trichy District, till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.809 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Trichy.

learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the issue in question is reached upto second appeal level and the petitioner shall seek appropriate remedy in the pending second appeal and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
