Thanakkankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai, which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.649/2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
