The petitioner applied for a survey of lands in multiple survey numbers mentioned in the prayer of this Writ Petition.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the fourth respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader has handed over a copy of the survey report and the sketch. He submits that the survey was conducted on 21.08.2025. The documents handed over by him contain the signature of the petitioner. 2/4

3. In these circumstances, the petitioner cannot once again request for a survey. If dissatisfied with the survey conducted earlier, it is always open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Assistant Director of Survey. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
