Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from registering any document in respect of 7,100 sq.ft in S.No. 2/3 B2B2 (old S.No.2/3A) situated in Varaganeri Village, Trichy District, if it is produced by the respondents 2 and 3 or any other 3rd party till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 187 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Trichy.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the the first respondent not to register any document in respect of the properties admeasuring 7,100 square feet, comprised in Survey No.2/3 B2B2 (Old Survey No.2/3A), Varaganeri Village, Trichy District, till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.187 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Trichy. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the issue in question is reached upto second appeal level and the parties shall seek appropriate remedy in the pending second appeal and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
