ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.17183 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3.Taking into consideration the submissions made, this Court is inclined to modify the cost imposed on the petitioner as well as the satisfaction Court. Accordingly, para no.6 and 6(b) is modified as follows: " 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, Tenkasi District, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on further conditions that:

[b] the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only), to the credit of Crime No.607 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, Tenkasi District. After 2/4

receipt of entire amount, the learned Judicial Magistrate, shall deposit the said amount in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order/Judgment is passed in the case in Crime No.607 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order/Judgment."

4.Further the time is extended by two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready, to comply the with order of this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.17183 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
